How It All Started
I’m Lucy Zorina, Founder of Milora Estates — a London-based residential property management and refurbishment company.
Nearly two decades ago, when I purchased and fully renovated my first property in London, I experienced first-hand how complex, time-consuming and costly refurbishments can be. Managing contractors, budgets, timelines and design decisions required constant oversight — and I quickly realised how easily projects can lose direction without clear leadership.
That experience shaped my approach to property and ultimately led to the creation of Milora Estates.
Since then, I have renovated and managed numerous residential properties — both for rental and resale — while building a trusted network of architects, contractors and premium suppliers across London.
My mission is simple:
